As Chairman, CEO, President or General Manager, Bob Bernstock has directed national and multi-national businesses at companies that include: the United States Postal Service, Campbell Soup Company, Vlasic Foods International, Atlas Commerce, the Dial Corporation, and Scotts Miracle-Gro.
Bob Bernstock has served as director on nine public and private company boards, including Nutri-System Inc., The Pantry, Inc., First Brands, VFI Inc., VerticalNet, and City Barbeque. He has served as director and executive committee member of the U.S. Council on Competitiveness and the National Food Processors Association, both located in Washington DC, and of the Columbus (OH) Chamber of Commerce. He also has been a director on five other civic or non-profit boards, including the Conference Board of Canada, Rowan University College of Business Administration, and the Campbell Soup Foundation.
Bob Bernstock is a graduate of Hamilton College and received his MBA from Harvard Business School.
